Hello and welcome to WARHOST, a new website and blog from me, Andy Hobday, and George Asling. A new venture devoted to our community and its shared love of wargaming, WARHOST will bring you a wealth of new and exciting content focusing initially on The Barons’ War. We hope this material will not only enhance and enrich your projects and games but also allow you to share that experience with the hobby community. We at WARHOST are thrilled to finally launch this new site, and we hope the articles, community content and blog posts to come will bring you as much enjoyment as curating it has brought us.

We launch with this welcome alongside a post from George called ‘Mustering Your Retinue for War‘ presenting us with an initial overview of building a retinue for The Barons’ War. We also have included the Roster Sheet and Quick Reference Sheet in the downloads sections with a further tranche of content being over the coming weeks. You can look forward to articles, scenarios and more for not only The Barons’ War but also Mortal Gods, Mortal Gods: Mythic and Gangs of Rome.

We’re also looking forward to sharing your contributions see our submissions guidelines for more details. Our blog will return next week with fresh and informative articles, and future entries will also revisit the very best posts from the venerable Sculpting, Painting and Gaming blog which I plan to relocate here. We might even share WIP sneak peeks, battle reports and photos from forthcoming releases!
